Do you live down on the ground, somewhere under the sun, where do you live man? Where can you relax and call home? Everything is so temporal. Some man breaks down and cries as he looks at a home of debris and burnt up dreams. I could not tell you all the times I have had to leave the place where I lived (usually not a pretty sight). Home is where your heart is. If your heart is in the hands of this loving Jesus, then your home is in heaven.
Ever since this JESUS found and saved me, I have no home in this world. I don't belong down here no more. This isn't my home. The Good News is that (I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever Psalm23). It's all borrowed, my time, my money, my clothes, everything I have I will have to give back and give an account of when I die, someday. All of this natural rotting stuff will go back into the earth where it came.
That's alright, because then I will be home. I will sumersault out of my body and the angels of God will take me where I belong. Everybody has an eternal soul, mine is heavenbound since I've been born again. I have not just been born from natural parents made up of flesh and blood. When you accept Jesus the same Spirit that dwells in Him comes and lives in you, making you a child of God. This is possible because Jesus Christ of Nazareth born of the Holy Spirit has come and shed His holy and divine blood on the cross. When Jesus was done suffering and paying for the sins of the world He cried out "It is finished"(The gospel of John). Three days later He came out of His grave victorious over death and the devil. He is Lord and God forever...
Jesus said in John 3:13 No-one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven-the Son of Man. Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.
No matter who you are or what you've done no one is holy or good enough to go to heaven in their own power, except through Jesus. Jesus said "I'm the Way. and the Truth, and the Life, and no man can come to the Father except through me." Jesus is the ultimate middle man. Jesus wants to hook us up with the greatest supernatural and miraculous high. The Most High. Nothing and no-one will ever be able to give us peace and fill us up but Him- You've tried everything else, WHY Not Him?
Anyone can now come to Him and be forgiven, and receive eternal life by trusting in Him. Grab a hold and don't let Go of Him. The devil wants to pull you down, and keep you from the One who loves you more than you love yourself. He died for you, and He is the lover of your soul.
If you think Jesus was just a good man or a good teacher, don't fool yourself by saying you don't want Him in your life. A good man doesn't lie, and Jesus's promise never fail. Either He is a liar, or a crazy man, or He is who He said He is. Jesus can't be found in some grave because He is Risen and Well. He fulfilled over 300 Old Testament prophecies concerning His birth, ministry, death, and resurrection. If you seek you will find, ask Him to reveal Himself to you and to come into your life today and be set free.
As you read the Word, especially the gospel of John, and pray, your relationship with Him will grow. Jesus wants to refresh and fill you up by His Spirit everyday. Give you His peace, love, joy, miracles, victory, and all that He is everyday. Then one day because your a follower of Jesus Christ you will go to your home in heaven with Him.
We are all rotting away. The only way to heaven is through Jesus Christ, God's only son. If you cry out to Him (Jesus) He will save you and forgive you. He loves you, and poured out His life for you, will you look up to Him today, and see the love He has for you............. Jesus is calling out for you............the outcast
